Work of the Week

Dear parents and children,

I would love to see the fantastic work that is taking place at home! Please email photos of the work that your children are most proud of, by Thursday each week. I will be picking out a few examples each week, that will then be published on the school website. I can't wait to hear from all of you!

Please also note that emails have been sent to all parents asking to keep in touch with me at least once a week.  I am still available via email to answer any queries, from 8.30 to 4.30, Monday to Friday.  My email is  If you email after these hours, I will seek to reply to your email the following day. Please look at the class page regularly for updates on tasks as these will be updated weekly. Finally, I would like to say a huge thank you in advance for the support you are going to give during these challenging times. I want to reassure you that I am at the end of an email to offer support and advice to both children and parents.

Best wishes,

Mrs Sorbello-Bali

Spring Term 2

Our topic this term is Wild Animals. We have been looking at a range of books such as ‘Dear Zoo’, ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ and ‘The Tiger Who Came To Tea’. We have been learning about animals that live in the wild, their features, what their babies are called and the different environments they live in.
