Lockdown Activities and Support

Suggested activities and resources to support parents and children during lockdown:

Free Drama Workshop

Following on from their visit to school in December, Perform are running online drama, dance and singing classes during the lockdown via Zoom. All children are welcome to try a Free Trial Session. Find out more from this link:

Outside In Programme

Sustrans and Westminster City Council have launched a project called Outside In, a free resource to help parents who are looking after their children at home.

Walking, cycling and scooting are great ways to keep active and healthy in body and mind. During this time when we are mostly required to stay at home, these activities become harder to do.

Outside In provides fun ideas and inspiration for parents to bring education, health and wellbeing activities into their home.

Parents can access resources by registering for our free parent newsletter. Over four weeks, you’ll receive weekly videos, themed activities, games and challenges designed by our experienced school officers.

Back to calm packs

If your child is struggling with anxiety of not going back to school or indeed going back to school, we have created a calm pack and a back to school pack to help them navigate this time. There are exercises and activities you can try as a family to help support their worries and anxiety. We also have a home journal to help them stay positive during lockdown.

Daily Meditations for adults

Do you need more meditation and relaxation in your life?

Would you like to use meditation to help you manage the ongoing changes and difficulties of lockdown?

There are so many benefits of meditation including feeling more calm and clear and boosting yourimmune system.

We have set up a meditation group to support parents with LIVE meditations at 6.30am and 9 or 10pm (UK time) Monday to Friday.

Please do join and if you can't make the time, you can always catch up later.

DIY Disco

Dancing is another way to boost the immune system and following the success of our New Years Eve silent disco, we are offering families a monthly DIY Disco. The DIY Disco will be on the last Friday of every month at 8pm (UK time).

Banish your lockdown/winter blues and boost your immune system with boogie at our FREE DIY Disco.

'I had a great time dancing to my favourite tunes with a bunch of other people committed to making the zoom room a dance floor.' Anita

Relax Kids Training

All our trainings are now online and people are really enjoying using lockdown to re-train. Here are details if you have been thinking about taking the Relax Kids training online and would like to know more.

I will be running a goal setting workshop on our next Discovery Call (January 27th 11am UK time). If you would like some tips to help you plan out your new year, you can book a place here:
